Vacancy For Production Manager At Alwar, Rajshtan.

One of The Client of this consultancy And it is well known manufacturing of edible oil based in Rajshtan (Alwar), and it is also known for Vanspati Ghee, Refined soyabean and Blended vegetable oil.The major products of this company which it manufactures and markets are Mustard Oil (Kachchi Ghani and Pakki Ghani), Vanspati Ghee, Refined soyabean oil. These products are having with excellent quality and are available nationwide.

Job Details as follows:- 

* Candidate should manage the plant production in continuous process.
*Candidate must known about to get or achieve optimum production with effectiveness.
*Also must have the ability to manage the manpower in anyhow condition.
*Must have to manage and manitain the quality of a finished products
*candidate should have knowledge about the projects executions and completion on time which is given by the HOD.
* Candidate should develop the performances driven work culture.
* Candidate should responsible for developing SOP.
* Quality and Cost review of oils processed at different stages
*Candidates must be do the preventive maintenance and breakdowns of plant and maintain their records as per the SOP of Company.


Required Nature of Candidate :-


* Candidate must be present the things which he handled or maintain the planning as respective of his works
*Candidate should have a good communication skill to work a smooth to other employees
* Candidate must be confident , energetic and quick learner
*Candidates must have a knowledge of edible oil sector and having a required experience to handle the any situation which will arising during a production.


Required Educational qualification and experience :-


* Candidate should passed out the graduation with B.Sc. or B.Tech.
* Candidate must have a experience of 10 to 15 years
* After selection the same candidate will posted for Alwar location if the candidate will ready for the same.
* Salary not the issue for the right candidate.
