This company had facing a lot of problems when they started in 2000 as like lack of basic infrastructure, lack of right Agro advisory, lack of quality agri inputs, Fragmented supply chain, Poor cold storage facility, High post harvest losses, exploitation by multiple intermediaries.

 The company group was started in Nashik in 2011 with the simple intention of ensuring a fair return to the farmers and with the quality produces reaching to the end users or customers. Sahyadri was a big movement to the uplift the farmers and to get them their righteous due. Organization talk about CSR as one of the their activities but the company at sahyadri converted the entire orgnization as CSr and it became a movement.
the idea behind the entire movement for this group was to buy all the F and V produce  offered by farmers under the food safety standards. The primary objective of this group was to provide the best of infrastructure and adequate production and processing facilities to the farmers who could not secure a good produce due to frugality of resource and operations.
The structure owned by the farmers that would with time be the farmers best friends and the intention was that the highest levels of consumer confidence would be reposed in the brand called 'Sahyadri' by "Seeding Goodness".

1. Product Executive (pvt labs)
    - Experience required for this post is near about 4 years 
    - Qualification - Candidate must be completed his MBA i.e. post graduation degree form any of the university.
    -  Salary - 4 to 5 lacs CTC.

2. Quality Officer (F and V)
     *Experience -  2 years
     * Qualification - BTech Food Tech 
     *  Salary - 3 to 4 lacs  CTC

3.  Quality Officer (process)
     * Experience - 4 to 5years
